Find Hendry 72-Hour Releases

A Hendry County 72 hour release list should cover a clear three-day span and help catch activity that crosses a weekend or holiday. HCSO does not publish a separately labeled rolling 72-hour feed. Finding people released in the last 72 hours therefore requires an exact date range, the sheriff's mixed-status inmate search, and a request for the underlying commitment-and-release data. Court records, VINELink, and receiving-agency systems then explain what an OUT status means. This wider process is useful when a same-day check was missed, but it must not treat an old visible record as a recent release.

Hendry 72-Hour Release Window

The official HCSO inmate search can display both IN and OUT custody records. It does not state that the results cover the last three days. It also does not expose an actual release date that would let a visitor calculate a rolling 72-hour period. The booked time shown on a detail is the start of that booking, not its end.

A sound three-day window starts with exact Eastern timestamps. For example, a request made late on a Monday should identify the precise start on Friday and precise end on Monday instead of saying “over the weekend.” The records custodian can then search the agency's release or custody-movement data. HCSO's public web status can help identify names and inmate IDs, but only the underlying record can place each exit inside the requested period.

Weekend check: No published HCSO cadence or holiday rule supports guessing when a status or record will appear online.

Check Hendry Three-Day Releases

The wider window works best as a reconciliation process. It collects local status changes first, then separates community release from transfer. Use the same spelling and identifiers across every source. Similar names should never be merged merely because both appear during the same weekend.

  1. Define the three-day range with exact Eastern start and end timestamps. Keep that range unchanged across the HCSO and Clerk inquiries.
  2. Search HCSO by name. Open each likely detail and record the HCSO inmate ID, booked date, and exact IN or OUT label.
  3. Follow the HCSO VINELink action for the matched record. Verify the agency and identity before reading the custody state or registering for a later change.
  4. Request the HCSO commitment-and-release list or electronic report for the defined period, including actual release time, manner of release, and public receiving-agency data.
  5. Check the Hendry Clerk docket for the order behind each local exit. If the person entered state or federal custody, continue with FDC, BOP, ICE, or the named receiving jail.

The same-day Hendry County 24-hour release process is a narrower option when only today's changes matter. The 72-hour inquiry should not reuse one day's boundaries three times. A continuous start and end period is easier for the custodian to search and catches events near midnight.

Note: Keep the timezone in the request because a three-day range can otherwise shift at either boundary.

Hendry 72-Hour Release Fields

The observed HCSO detail is a custody-status record, not a complete release report. A three-day result should preserve the exact labels supplied by each official source. Do not infer a reason from bond data or translate an OUT status into sentence completion.

FieldUse in the three-day check
Name and HCSO inmate IDMatch the local custody entry and narrow the records request.
Booked date and timeDistinguish separate bookings; it does not establish the release window.
Custody StatusOUT confirms departure from HCSO at the reflected check time; IN means HCSO still holds the person.
Charge and bond fieldsDescribe allegations and listed bond terms, not the final result or proof of payment.
Actual release date and timePlaces the event within the exact 72-hour span; request this from HCSO.
Release dispositionStates the recorded manner of release when maintained and public.
Receiving agencyDistinguishes transfer from return to the community.

The captured HCSO search shows why the public page can start a three-day inquiry but cannot finish it.

The mixed cards support a person-by-person status review, while the absent release timestamp requires a date-bounded agency report.

Hendry Weekend Release Records

A 72-hour range often matters because offices and court activity do not all follow the same schedule. HCSO publishes no release exit hours, weekend procedure, holiday posting rule, or guaranteed processing delay. Staff also may not be able to predict when a pending court event will become a physical release. The useful records question is what occurred during the finished range, not what might occur next.

The Hendry Clerk courthouse publishes weekday hours, but its online court-record gateway can help locate docket entries outside counter hours. A bond order, dismissal, judgment and sentence, credit-for-time-served order, probation order, or commitment can explain legal authority. The docket may not show the exact minute the jail released or transferred the person. Obtain the custody time from HCSO and the authoritative order from the Clerk when both details matter.

For a holiday that extends the practical catch-up period, expand the requested dates instead of calling a longer span a 72-hour list. Clear labels protect accuracy. A five-day request is valid, but it should be described as five days.

Also preserve the date and time each online source was checked. Later status changes should not be backdated into the original three-day observation.

Request Hendry Three-Day Data

The HCSO GovQA portal is the published electronic request path. Ask for the “Commitment and Release List or electronic report of persons whose HCSO custody ended between [exact start] and [exact end], Eastern time.” Request booking number, booked date and time, actual release date and time, recorded manner of release, and the public transfer or receiving-agency notation. A narrow range makes the task clear and can reduce search cost.

The portal shown below allows a request to be tracked and downloaded. HCSO guidance also permits phone, mail, and in-person requests. Florida Chapter 119 does not require a requester to identify themselves, explain a purpose, or submit in writing, though contact information may be useful for delivery and questions.

The portal is the strongest route to exact multi-day data because the public inmate page offers no defined 72-hour filter.

HCSO does not publish a fixed charge for this report or exact records-counter hours. Florida's default copy charges and an extensive-use service charge may apply under section 119.07. Ask for electronic copies and an advance itemized estimate. A prompt, good-faith response is required, but state law does not set one universal number of days for every request.

If a requested field is withheld, ask the custodian to identify the statutory exemption and release the nonexempt remainder. Do not request protected medical, juvenile, victim, security, intelligence, sealed, or expunged material. A narrow custody report usually needs the public event fields, not the full jail file. That scope keeps the three-day inquiry tied to its purpose and reduces avoidable review.

Why Hendry OUT Cards Mislead

An HCSO OUT record with a 2025 booked date was still searchable during a July 2026 review. That fact is useful but easy to misuse. It proves that some online records can remain visible much longer than 72 hours. It does not prove that all records stay online, that the card's exit was recent, or that the public display has a known retention policy.

Florida's GS2 schedule supplies a better records clue. Item 22 covers commitment-and-release lists, while Items 16 and 53 address booking and inmate incarceration records. Each cited series has a minimum of one anniversary year after release. Jail docket books have a permanent schedule. These rules govern agency records, not how long HCSO must display a person online.

For an older event, start with the Clerk's continuing case record and use the case number in a focused HCSO request. For a recent event, record the live check time and preserve the exact status. Both approaches avoid treating web display as the legal archive.

Note: An old OUT card is a lead to a record, not evidence of release during the current three-day span.

Hendry Release Handoffs

A local OUT status describes departure from HCSO, not the person's next legal status. If a court commits the person to Florida prison, the FDC offender search becomes the correct source. Its release-only database includes people already released and those scheduled for release, so read whether the date is past or future. FDC expressly excludes ordinary county jail and county probation cases.

ICE presents a distinct Hendry concern. The HCSO-ICE memorandum describes a transfer that begins after local criminal custody ends. A person can therefore be OUT locally while entering immigration custody. BOP covers federal sentenced prisoners, while the U.S. Marshals Service may handle federal pretrial custody without a comparable nationwide name locator. The receiving system, not the HCSO status alone, controls the next answer.

VINELink can report a custody event and accept notification registration. It is not a certified release record. For one named person across all those systems, the Hendry County released inmates lookup provides the complete custody-specific sequence.
